With more than two decades of leadership experience in the staffing and technology consulting industry, Sonu has played a key role in expanding Akraya’s national presence and developing workforce initiatives that connect top talent with leading organizations. She is also recognized for her advocacy of diversity, equity, inclusion, and programs that support professionals returning to the workforce..
